Here are a summary of all local competitions run via W.N.C.B.A. Please note many clubs organise their own tournaments and these are not included, but can be found if there are any on the Clubs Notice Board page.
West Norfolk Borough Cup
Only teams from West Norfolk are eligible to enter this. A knockout cup played over 2 legs (home & away). Losing teams in the first round are entered into the Mayors Charity Shield. All money raised in both competitions being donated to the Borough Mayors nominated charity. Finals day is held at Lynnsport. Teams are six-a-side. Contact: The Secretary
West Norfolk Summer League
This is played with six-a-side, all teams playing each other home and away. Played from May to September. Contact: The Secretary
Fen Regis League October - May
This is played at the same time as the county league but organised by individuals. This league covers the King’s Lynn, Wisbech and Downham Market areas. Contact Betty Claxton 01553 810461
Diary Crest League
Games are played at Lynnsport and Downham Market Sports Centre by blocks of four players. Played on a league system with everybody playing each other. Each team plays 1 evening a month fro September - May. All games are played on a Thursday evening at Lynnsport and Monday evening at Downham Market Sport Centre. Contact: The Secretary
Lynnsport & Downham Market Sports Centre Pairs
This is run similarly to the 4’s (Dairy Crest League), with 2 players playing from a squad of three, Again on a Thursday evening at Lynnsport and Monday at Downham Market. September - May. Contact: The Secretary
Coastal League
This is one of the longest running leagues, started in 1986. Open to teams based more in the northern part of West Norfolk. This is played September - December, with matches home and away. This is divided into 4 zones. Contact Brian Williamson 01328 820309
Bakehouse League

Triples (Lynnsport) WNCBA Triples
This has become the premier event for West Norfolk. Organised by the West Norfolk Association this event attracts teams within a 100 mile radius, covering 7 counties. It is held annually on the first Bank Holiday Monday in May and is an open event to teams of triples. Contact:
